Important dates of BSF sportsman Recruitment (Bharti) 2017 - 2018:
Last date: 30 days from the date of publication of the notification in Employment newspaper. If candidates belong to NE region, Ladakh division of J&K, Sikkim, Pangi Sub-division of Chamba district,
Lahaul & Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh, A&N Island, Lakshdweep, 45 days are applicable.
Age limit: Minimum age limit is 18 years and upper age limit 23 years. Extra age relaxation will be given by as per government rules.
Educational Qualification: 10th class pass from any government recognized board.
Sports Qualification: Candidates who represent University, State school, National, Inter-university and have been awarded in Physical Efficiency under national Physical Efficiency Drive.
How to Apply
Prescribed application form available in BSF website www.bsf.nic.in which may be
downloaded and printed out in fool scap size (single side) paper. The eligible and
desirous candidates may send their application in the prescribed proforma duly
completed in all respect addressed to "THE COMMANDANT, 32 BN BSF, HISAR,
POST OFFICE- SIRSA ROAD, DISTRICT- HISAR, HARYANA- 125011
Selection Process
All eligible candidates whose application form is found to be in order will be issued
admit card/call letter to appear in the recruitment process i.e. trial. Candidates
will have to undergo the following process of recruitment:-
Height Bar/Test
Identity check
Checking of Testimonials/documents
Physical Standard Test.
Trial in respective sports discipline as per QR attached
Medical Examination.
