6. Character certificate (Charitra Praman Patra)
7. Latest Family photo, Size 6 Inch X 4 Inch Duly attested by Sarpanch, Unmarried certificate by Sarpanch, 20 passport size photo.
8. NCC and other sports certificate.
9. Adhar Card, Pan Card, Email Id, Driving License
10. Joint bank account with mother in nationalized bank.
