The courses will commencing from July 2017 for Grant of Short Service Commission.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
2. Flying Branch - 202/17F/SSC/M & W
(a) Age: 20 to 24 years as on 01 Jul 2017 i.e. Born between 02 Jul 1993 to 01 Jul 1997 (Both Dates
inclusive).(Upper age limit for Candidates holding valid and current Commercial Pilot Licence issued by
DGCA (India) is relaxable upto 26 years i.e. Born between 02 July 1991 to 01 July 1997 (Both dates
inclusive).
(b) Educational Qualifications: Graduates (Minimum three year degree course) in any discipline from a
recognised University who have attained minimum 60% marks or equivalent have passed Maths and
Physics at 10+2 level or BE / B Tech degree (Four year course) or cleared section A & B examination of
Associate Membership of Institute of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognised
University with minimum 60% marks or equivalent.
3. Technical Branch -201/17T/PC/M. 201/17T/SSC/M & W
(a) Age: 20 to 26 years as on 01 July 2017 i.e. Born between 02 July 1991 to 01 July 1997 (both
dates inclusive).
(b) Educational Qualifications:
(i) Aeronautical Engineer (Electronics) {AE (L)}. Candidates with minimum 60% marks each in
Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level and a minimum of four year graduation / integrated postgraduation
qualification in Engineering / Technology from recognised University or cleared
Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or
Aeronautical Society of India or Graduate membership examination of the Institute of Electronics and
Telecommunication Engineers by actual studies with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent in the
following disciplines:-
(a) Communication Engineering (b) Computer Engineering /Technology (c) Computer Engineering &
Application (d) Computer Science and Engineering / Technology (e) Electrical and Computer
Engineering (f) Electrical and Electronics Engineering (g) Electrical Engineering (h) Electronics
